We arrived late in the evening, but luckily a helpful lady from a nearby shop assisted us in getting the code to enter the hotel. Although the initial issue was inconvenient, the lady at the reception the next morning was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location near the railway station made it easy for us to explore the city and catch our early bus to the airport. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and helpful staff.
